On the palate, this blend is rich, structured and elegant, with dark berry fruit, spicy notes and a beautiful balance of fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins.
The 24-month maturation in French oak gives the wine depth, texture and length. Its persistent, elegant finish with pepper, herbs and garrigue makes it an exciting partner for hearty meat dishes, game or aromatic, spice-driven cuisine.
