On the palate, flavours of blueberry and blackberry blend seamlessly with the earthy nuances. A touch of fresh mint and cinnamon adds brightness, while the fine structure and silky texture create a smooth and pleasant mouthfeel.
This blend of Cabernet Franc (49%), Malbec (35%), Cabernet Sauvignon (9%), Merlot (3.5%) and Petit Verdot (3.5%) matured for sixteen months in French oak. It pairs beautifully with game or dark meats, and also complements a well-selected cheese platter.
