The mysterium behind wine is sometimes treated much too seriously. Wine is especially one thing: A wonderful treat for all senses. With a few and easy guidelines one knows everything, a wine lover needs to know to enjoy some great delicacies. It should be stored in a cool and constant environment, serve it at the right temperature, sometimes you will need to decant it. There are no flavours that a red or white wine absolutely has to have. It is more about a harmonious interaction between the flavours and a certain complexity that make a premium wine what it is. Both cork and screw caps are perfectly fine closures.
