The blend combines the richness of Pinot Noir (35%) with the elegance of Chardonnay (30%) and the distinctive character of Pinotage (30%), while a touch of Pinot Meunier (5%) adds the final layer of finesse.
On the palate, this Cap Classique is intense, balanced, and persistent, offering freshness, depth, and a refined texture.
After the second fermentation, the wine rested eighteen months on the lees, achieving remarkable complexity and elegance.
