Initially, CAPREO originated from a wine logistics project of our sister company RHIEM Services GmbH, a service provider specialised in fulfilment, storage and shipment.

Together, we have built a warehouse that caters towards the storage and delivery of premium wines. In this wine depot, the excellent bottles of South Africa are being kept at a constant temperature and without direct sunlight; they are optimally protected and arranged according to vintage.

Wines Ordered Until 12pm Are Ready For Dispatch The Same Day

The close cooperation with a logistics professional guarantees our customers a quick and safe shipment of the ordered goods. Wines and delicacies that are ordered via our online shop or from our wine consultants until 12pm are being forwarded to delivery on the very same day. We hand over the carefully packed goods to the parcel service providers DHL (for shipments within Germany) and UPS (for international shipments).

Our wines are packaged in certified and high-quality cardboard packages made from corrugated cardboard. This way, the products are optimally protected and withstand the way to our customers undamaged. We always inform our customers about the whole order process via email. All parcels receive a tracking number and are therefore traceable at any time.
