On the nose, it reveals a layered aromatic profile of citrus, stone fruit and oatmeal notes, giving the wine an elegant balance of freshness and subtle maturity.
On the palate, this Chardonnay is structured, mineral and well balanced, with lime, toasted almonds and a long, precise finish.
The maturation in French oak and concrete eggs adds depth, texture and complexity, while 90 days on the lees with regular stirring bring additional richness. With only 8,000 bottles produced, the Chamonix Chardonnay Reserve 2023 is an elegant, age-worthy white wine whose prime drinking window begins in 2028.
