On the nose, it reveals an elegant aromatic profile of flint, lemon blossom and raw almonds, giving this Chardonnay a refined mineral and subtly nutty expression.
On the palate, the wine is fresh, linear and precise, with clear citrus fruit, lively acidity and delicate almond notes. The long, mineral finish highlights its elegant origin.
The maturation in older French oak and concrete egg gives the Chardonnay structure and texture while preserving its fresh acidity. It pairs beautifully with grilled white fish, herb-roasted chicken, smoked salmon ravioli or a light vegetable tart with Gruyère.
