The name “Skyfall” refers to the dramatic vineyard sites cascading down the Banhoek skyline. Years of meticulous vineyard care have shaped a Cabernet Sauvignon that beautifully reflects the personality of its terroir.
On the nose, aromas of ripe plum, blackcurrant and subtle spice unfold elegantly. The palate reveals mature tannins with hints of toasted tobacco and cloves, supported by dense fruit and refined structure.
Ageing for 18 months in French oak barrels adds further complexity and enhances the long, focused finish with outstanding ageing potential.
A powerful high-altitude Cabernet Sauvignon with depth, complexity and a remarkable sense of place.
