On the nose, it reveals a savoury and floral aromatic profile of pomegranate, maraschino cherry and dark cacao, layered with red pastille fruit and delicate pressed-petal notes.
On the palate, the Syrah is elegant, silky and layered, offering a creamy texture, savoury spice, herbal nuances, hints of candy floss and fine, supple tannins that carry through to a long, captivating finish.
Aged for 16 months in French oak, the wine gains structure, depth and ageing potential, highlighting the refined yet powerful expression of this limited Icon Syrah.
