Product information "Ernie Els Big Easy Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2025"
On the nose, it reveals forest berries, sour cherry and cranberry aromas, layered with hints of melon, strawberry and nectarine.
The palate is fresh, mineral-driven and precise, showing lemon-toned acidity, river-pebble minerality and a clean, bone-dry finish.
A short period on fine lees in seasoned oak barrels adds subtle texture, resulting in a rosé that balances concentration with refreshing drinkability.
