Product information "Kaapzicht The Terroir Range Skemerlig Cabernet Sauvignon 2022"
On the nose, this red wine delights with intense aromas of graphite, blackcurrant and herbs. On the palate, dark fruits meet a perfumed aromatic profile, while the fine tannin structure adds tension and elegance.
The grapes come from a cooler northwest-facing slope with granite soils. The wine was aged for 18 months in oak - a balanced mix of new and seasoned barrels.
A Cabernet Sauvignon with ageing potential of 7 to 10 years - concentrated, layered and distinctly Kaapzicht.
