Product information "Beyerskloof Faith Cape Blend 2023"
In the glass, the wine displays a deep dark red colour. The bouquet reveals intense aromas of dark fruit, cassis and spicy cedar oak, beautifully influenced by maturation in new French oak barrels.
On the palate, the Faith Cape Blend is powerful, complex and beautifully balanced. Layers of dark fruit, delicate spice and hints of dark chocolate are supported by a dense structure and smooth tannins. The long, elegant finish highlights the wine’s impressive ageing potential.
The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness and traditionally fermented in open fermenters. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matured for 23 months in 100% new French oak barrels. The Faith Blend is a barrel selection of the finest wines from the 2023 vintage in the Beyerskloof cellar.
A bold premium Cape Blend with depth, structure and outstanding ageing potential of 10 to 15 years.
