The Groot Constantia Sauvignon Blanc 2025 combines Sauvignon Blanc with Sémillon and reflects Constantia’s cool maritime climate. Aromas of guava, citrus and tropical fruit meet a precise structure and vibrant acidity. Six months of lees ageing add further depth and create a beautifully balanced mouthfeel.
The Groot Constantia Rosé 2025 is fresh, elegant and wonderfully balanced. Aromas of ripe strawberry, melon and citrus are complemented by subtle notes of raspberry and green apple. Stainless-steel ageing with two months on the lees preserves its lively fruit while adding an elegant texture.
The Groot Constantia Lady of Abundance 2021 provides the richer, more structured finale to the package. This blend of eight grape varieties, including Pinotage, Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Franc, offers blackcurrant, plum, cherry and pomegranate alongside delicate chocolate and spice notes. Twelve months in French oak add structure, soft tannins and a lingering spicy finish.
