Product information "Spier Good Natured Organic Chenin Blanc 2025"
On the nose, it reveals a fragrant profile of quince, citrus and stone fruit, elegantly reflected by its pale gold colour and vibrant lemon-rind rim.
On the palate, the Chenin Blanc is juicy, fresh and balanced, with exotic fruit notes of litchi and pineapple leading to a refreshing, zesty finish.
Aged for four months on the lees, the wine gains additional structure while supporting its clear fruit expression. It pairs especially well with Asian-inspired chicken dishes, fish or avocado salad with smoked trout.
