On the palate, it impresses with a rich texture and mineral nuances. The fresh and lively acidity ensures perfect balance, leading to a creamy, long-lasting finish.
The full-bodied Blaauwklippen Chardonnay was aged for eleven months in French oak and is a true delight on its own, but also pairs beautifully with aromatic Thai and Indian curries as well as grilled tuna steak.
