On the nose, this delicate red reveals a fine mix of raspberry and sour plum aromas. The palate is elegant, light, and well-balanced, with a subtle, pithy texture from the whole bunch fermentation that hints at peach pips.
Matured in 4th fill French oak barrels for nine months, the wine gains complexity while retaining its finesse. The Allée Bleue Old Vine Cinsault 2024 is a great expression of harmony between terroir, grape variety, and old vines.
A characterful wine with ageing potential of 7 to 10 years - decant 30 minutes before serving.
