The nose reveals juicy aromas of plum and dark berry fruit, complemented by light spice notes. The aromatic profile is open and precise, giving the wine fruit-driven depth without heaviness.
On the palate, the Shiraz is soft and approachable. Ripe berry flavours, lively freshness and gentle, rounded tannins create a smooth, supple mouthfeel with good length.
Following malolactic fermentation, the wine matured for twelve months in seasoned French oak, adding structure and complexity without masking the fruit. The Shiraz is already well integrated and offers a sound ageing potential over the coming years.

Very nice wine
Easy drinkability, nice spicy and mature fruit. I don’t identify it as a Shiraz but it is a good wine. I think is also very easy to pair, I would recommend to serve it at 16-17 degrees
