On the nose, dense aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry emerge, layered with warm spice and subtle smoky notes that add depth and character.
The palate is layered and bold. Dark fruit, cocoa and wild herbs are framed by firm yet well-integrated tannins, creating a structured mouthfeel with impressive length.
Separate vinification of each component and extended oak maturation add complexity and ageing potential. With its long, resonant finish, this blend is an excellent match for rich meat dishes or mature cheeses.
