The bouquet reveals violets, spice, and dark cherry with hints of cinnamon, smoke, and graphite. Complex and elegant, it captures the Helderberg terroir beautifully.
On the palate, the wine is bright, layered, and balanced with plum, red cherry, and spice flavours. Silky tannins and fine acidity lead to a long, perfumed finish.
Aged for 18 months in French oak (30 % new), this blend is expressive, polished, and age-worthy – perfect for red meat or hearty dishes.
