On the palate, the Chardonnay is full-bodied, creamy yet refined, with flavours of citrus, ripe fruit and delicate oak spice. A silky texture and lively acidity provide harmony and structure.
Lees ageing with batonnage adds depth and complexity, while mineral freshness carries through to a long, persistent finish.
A beautifully balanced Chardonnay with 3–5 years ageing potential, combining classic elegance with vibrant South African fruit.
