This blend of Pinot Noir and Pinotage was made exclusively from the first pressings and matured over 18 months on the lees. It displays a delicate pink hue and a fine, persistent mousse.
The bouquet reveals flavours of strawberries, rose petals and candyfloss, complemented by subtle brioche notes and crisp minerality. Lively, refreshing and beautifully balanced – a sparkling wine for life’s special moments.
A refined, fruit-driven Brut Rosé – perfect as an aperitif or with elegant seafood dishes.
