On the nose, it reveals an opulent aromatic profile of tropical fruit, vanilla and subtle nutty notes, giving this Chenin Blanc depth and an inviting ripe character.
On the palate, this white wine is rich, vibrant and harmonious, with sundried fruit, nougat, citrus and a refreshing lemony aftertaste.
The maturation in French oak gives the wine added structure and elegant spice, while zesty minerality beautifully balances its lush fruit. The Allée Bleue Chenin Blanc 2025 pairs especially well with rich seafood dishes, seared tuna or mussels in creamy white wine sauce.
