Product information "Alto Estate Red Blend 2022"
On the palate, the blackcurrant flavors continue, accompanied by nuances of plum, dried fig, and a touch of tobacco. The tannins are noticeable and complex, giving the wine its impressive structure.
This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Shiraz (30%), and Cabernet Franc (10%) pairs beautifully with smoked dark meat, beef fillet, aged cheese, and rich poultry dishes. It is also an excellent choice for Spanish or Italian cuisine.
