On the nose, a vibrant bouquet of pomegranate, red currants and cranberries unfolds. These fresh red fruit aromas give the wine an inviting character and highlight its elegant, fruit-driven personality.
On the palate, the Lievland Liefkoos Rosé is fresh, finely layered and beautifully balanced. Lively raspberry and glazed cherry flavours meet delicate hints of citrus peel. Crisp acidity brings refreshing energy, while the finely balanced structure leads to a pleasantly lingering finish.
Brief maturation on the lees adds texture and richness without compromising the wine's delicate freshness. The Lievland Liefkoos Rosé 2025 impresses with its elegant balance and pairs wonderfully with fresh salads, fish, seafood or light poultry dishes. A versatile rosé that combines South African character with French-inspired elegance.
