The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir was made from the finest cuvée fraction of the whole-bunch pressing. A portion of the Chardonnay was fermented in used oak barrels and amphorae before secondary bottle fermentation.
After 6 years on the lees, the sparkling wine shows rich, creamy complexity with notes of brioche, nuts, and citrus. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet vibrant, with finesse and a long, elegant finish.
A powerful and mature Cap Classique – ideal for festive occasions or moments of celebration.
