Product information "Tokara Reserve Collection Chenin Blanc Straw Wine 2025"
The nose is intense and expressive, offering notes of sundried mango and marmalade preserve, complemented by orange blossom perfume that adds opulent aromatics.
On the palate, flavours of quince confiture and dried guava unfold, supported by a subtle wet flint nuance. The pronounced sweetness is beautifully balanced by vibrant acidity, creating a harmonious, generous mouthfeel.
Fermentation lasted 35 days and stopped naturally at an ideal balance of sweetness, acidity and alcohol. The Straw Wine shows remarkable persistence and pairs especially well with foie gras or crème brûlée.
