Product information "B-Stock: Dornier Equanimity Cabernet Sauvignon 2021"
Deep ruby in colour, it offers aromas of cassis, black berries, cigar box and pencil shavings, with subtle oak spice and a touch of mint adding freshness. The palate is dense, concentrated and balanced, showing dark fruit, fine tannins and an elegant, lingering finish.
Fermented in open tanks with regular pump-overs and punch-downs, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in barrel and was aged for 24 months in French oak (30% new). This maturation added depth, finesse and excellent ageing potential.
A classic, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon – structured, elegant and true to the Dornier signature style.
