On the nose, it reveals an intense aromatic profile of vanilla, ripe cassis and black cherries, complemented by a subtle hint of bell pepper.
On the palate, this Cabernet Sauvignon is juicy, fruit-driven and grippy, with red fruit, spicy nuances and a pleasantly savoury note.
The twelve-month maturation in French oak rounds off the wine harmoniously and adds extra depth. It pairs especially well with steak, braised beef, venison, lamb or matured cheddar.
