Product information "Muratie George Paul Canitz Pinot Noir 2023"
On the nose, it reveals a layered aromatic profile of strawberries, cherries, plums and aniseed, complemented by subtle notes of truffle, mushrooms and spice.
On the palate, this Pinot Noir is smooth, velvety and elegant, with flavours of preserved raspberries and cherries, alongside spicy nuances of cinnamon and sandalwood.
The sixteen-month maturation in French oak adds depth and structure, while fresh acidity and juicy tannins provide balance. It pairs especially well with game dishes or a rich mushroom risotto.
