On the nose, the Chocolate Block reveals dark berries, blueberries and ripe blackberries, layered with savory spice, black olives and a subtle hint of white pepper. The palate is juicy, smooth and generous, offering vibrant freshness, silky tannins and impressive length.
Complexity and harmony are achieved through 12–14 months of maturation in seasoned French oak barriques, adding structure while preserving purity of fruit. A modern classic that shines both on its own and alongside hearty dishes.
