The Jacoba Six Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 is a complex and full-bodied red wine from Stellenbosch. Aromas of red berries are complemented by delicate notes of cedar, oak and earthy nuances. Eighteen months of maturation in French oak give the wine a rich structure and beautifully integrated silky tannins.
The Vilafonté Seriously Old Dirt 2022 is expressive and elegant, displaying aromas of blackcurrant, plum, dark cherry and raspberry. Spicy accents of cinnamon and clove, together with velvety tannins and a silky texture, add further depth and complexity to this sophisticated blend.
The Simonsig Frans Malan Cape Blend 2021 combines Pinotage (56%), Cabernet Sauvignon (38%) and Merlot (6%) in an expressive blend. Black berries, sweet plum, vanilla, tobacco and cedar meet fine tannins, harmonious structure and a long finish. Seventeen months in French oak add further depth and complexity.
The Waterford Estate Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2021 offers delicate yellow fruit, brioche and subtle toasted notes, complemented by Waterford's characteristic citrus blossom aromas. On the palate, minerality, nectarine and toasted oak combine in a complex and elegant Chardonnay with a creamy mouthfeel and harmonious finish.
The Plaisir Grand Plaisir White 2023 delights with a fresh bouquet of lemon, grapefruit, green apple and white peach. On the palate, vibrant acidity and elegant minerality are supported by a full-bodied structure and a refined touch of oak. Its long finish highlights the wine's distinctive character and structure.
The Delaire Graff Coastal Cuvée Sauvignon Blanc 2024 impresses with tropical fruit aromas accompanied by delicate notes of blackcurrant, gooseberry and nettle. A small proportion of Sémillon (8%) complements the Sauvignon Blanc, while fresh, crisp acidity provides balance, complexity and a lingering finish.
