Product information "Simonsig Jamala Gewürztraminer 2025"
In the glass, it shines a pale gold. The bouquet bursts with lychee, rose petals, and a hint of peppermint and spice. On the palate, it is creamy, perfumed, and well-balanced, displaying exotic fruit richness with a smooth, velvety texture and lingering floral finish.
Grown in granite- and shale-based soils that enhance intensity and structure, the grapes were hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures. Fermentation was stopped at the perfect sweetness level to preserve freshness and aromatic purity.
This Gewürztraminer pairs beautifully with Asian-style cuisine, spicy dishes, or mature cheeses. Serve lightly chilled to enjoy its expressive bouquet.
