The grapes are sourced from younger Pinotage vineyards in Stellenbosch and carefully hand-harvested. Produced with minimal intervention and no added sulphites, it offers aromas of red apple skin, pomegranate, fynbos and delicate brioche. On the palate, it delights with a fine, mouth-filling mousse and youthful energy.
A seasonal sparkling wine, best enjoyed as an aperitif – fresh, vibrant and full of character.
What makes this wine special is that it was produced entirely without Sulphites.
