On the palate, the red berry flavours are complemented by lingering spice and herb nuances, adding depth and complexity. Subtle mineral undertones — shaped by the granite-rich vineyard soils — complete the wine’s character.
Aged for fourteen months in French oak, this Cabernet Franc finishes with a silky softness. It pairs wonderfully with game, dark meats in fruity sauces, or a cheese platter; and it is equally delightful enjoyed on its own.
