On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of quince, pear, violet and lavender, creating an elegant aromatic profile.
The palate is creamy and soft, with a harmonious texture and a long, balanced finish.
Maturation in clay vessels together with a portion aged in older French oak barrels adds complexity. The wine shows finesse and individuality and pairs beautifully with creamy seafood risotto or grilled halloumi.
