Product information "Diemersdal Private Collection 2023"
The vines grow in deep red Hutton soils on north-facing slopes, where cool maritime breezes and slow ripening conditions create remarkable freshness and aromatic precision. The 20 to 36-year-old vines produce small concentrated berries that add depth and refinement to the wine.
On the nose, intense aromas of dark chocolate, cedar wood, cassis and blackberry jam unfold alongside notes of black cherry and subtle vanilla.
On the palate, the blend is powerful, structured and elegant, with sweet tannins, concentrated fruit and beautifully integrated oak. Ageing for 22 months in French oak barrels adds complexity and a long, smooth finish.
A distinguished Bordeaux blend with classical style, depth and excellent ageing potential.
