This blend of Cabernet Franc (45%), Cabernet Sauvignon (38%), Merlot (10%), and Petit Verdot (7%) is a superb food companion, pairing perfectly with dishes such as slow-braised lamb with herbs, beef fillet with a dark red wine sauce, or a hearty mushroom risotto.
