On the nose, it reveals a delicate aromatic profile of jasmine, green apple and ginger, complemented by a fresh hint of lime.
On the palate, this white blend is generous, fresh and rounded, with stone fruit, crisp acidity and a harmonious mouthfeel.
The separate vinification of the individual components and four months of maturation in French oak give the wine balance, structure and depth. The Bosman Adama White Blend 2025 pairs beautifully with tuna tartare, creamy carbonara or fresh watermelon salad with feta.
