The bouquet reveals complex aromas of plum, cherry, and subtle cedar oak, reflecting an ideal harmony between fruit and wood.
On the palate, this Pinotage is rich and balanced with ripe fruit flavours and smooth tannins. The mouthfeel is full and velvety, with a lingering finish of dark fruit and gentle spice.
Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (30 % new, 70 % second fill), this wine combines elegance, depth, and great aging potential – perfect with duck, lamb, or game dishes.
