Product information "B-Stock: L´Avenir Single Block Chenin Blanc 2022"
The nose reveals an elegant bouquet of white blossoms, lemon and grapefruit peel, complemented by a delicate hint of honey. Fresh citrus fruit and subtly sweet nuances combine to give this Chenin Blanc a complex yet refined character.
On the palate, the wine is generous, fresh and impressively concentrated. Rich fruit, lively acidity and a delicate touch of honey meet remarkable texture and depth, while subtle oak nuances accompany the lingering finish.
The 14-month maturation on the lees in French oak adds further complexity and an expressive mouthfeel. L’Avenir Single Block Chenin Blanc 2022 is an excellent match for fine fish and seafood dishes such as steamed cod or pan-seared scallops.
