Product information "Asara Terroir Collection Viognier 2022"
In the glass, it displays a light golden hue. The bouquet reveals ripe apricot, juicy peach, and delicate white flowers, accented by a touch of honeysuckle. On the palate, layers of luscious stone fruit are supported by a creamy texture from oak fermentation, balanced by bright acidity and finesse.
Fermented in French oak barrels and aged on fine lees for 10 months, malolactic fermentation was deliberately avoided to preserve the wine’s vibrant freshness. The result is an elegant, complex Viognier with depth, harmony, and a long, graceful finish.
