Product information "Asara Speciality Collection The Splendid Steeple 2022"
In the glass, it displays a deep ruby hue. The bouquet reveals ripe blackberry, juicy plum, and red currant, lifted by delicate floral notes and hints of black pepper. On the palate, the blend is velvety, full-bodied, and well-balanced, showing flavours of dark cherry, plum, and subtle mocha spice. A long, graceful finish leaves a lasting impression of sophistication.
The grapes are sourced from 15–20-year-old vines grown between 100 and 200 metres above sea level, where cooling coastal breezes and decomposed granite soils ensure low yields and exceptional concentration. After careful hand-harvesting, the wine matured for up to 18 months in French oak, gaining remarkable depth and finesse.
A powerful yet elegant red blend in the style of a Super Tuscan – perfect with lamb, beef fillet, or rich pasta dishes.
