In the glass, it displays a deep ruby colour. The bouquet reveals dark cherries, spiced plums, and subtle liquorice notes. The palate is plush with ripe fruit, underpinned by a mineral mid-palate leading into a flinty aftertaste and a creamy finish. A balanced Shiraz with aging potential, ideal alongside venison dishes.
