The bouquet reveals fruity aromas of mild gooseberry and kiwi, complemented by a touch of brioche that adds depth and sophistication.
On the palate, this Cap Classique is balanced, vibrant, and expressive, with notes of red berries such as dried cranberry beautifully integrated with a fine balance of juicy fruit and bright acidity.
The blend of Chardonnay (59%), Pinot Noir (29%), and Pinot Meunier (12%) is crafted in the traditional method, undergoing its second fermentation in the bottle for refined bubbles and elegance.
Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light starters and seafood.
