The Leopard's Leap Culinaria Collection Brut Méthode Cap Classique flows with a beautiful, shimmery colour into the glass which features a subtle pink undertone. Fruity aromas of mild gooseberries, kiwi as well as a hint of brioche become apparent. On the palate, delicious nuances of red berries such as dried cranberries become apparent. The great balance between the luscious fruit and pleasant acidity gives an elegant support. The blend made from Chardonnay (59%), Pinot Noir (29%) and Pinot Meunier (12%) was produced after the tradtional method with the secondary fermentation in the bottle.
