Product information "Tokara Reserve Collection Stellenbosch Syrah 2023"
The nose leads with aromas of ripe plum skin, raspberry and violet, complemented by notes of cigar box. The bouquet is deep yet refined, showing floral spice with structure and poise.
On the palate, the Syrah is classic and precise. Supple fruit, a silky mid-palate and fine, velvety tannins create a refined mouthfeel with balanced length.
With 30% whole-bunch fermentation, spontaneous malolactic conversion and extended lees ageing, the wine gains additional texture and complexity.
