Product information "Delaire Graff Banghoek Reserve Merlot 2022 in Gift Packaging"
The grapes were gently vinified at controlled fermentation temperatures before being left on the skins for an extended period to develop greater depth, elegance and character. The wine was then matured for 16 months in 70% new French oak barrels to enhance its structure and finesse.
In the glass, this South African Merlot shows rich concentration and balance. Notes of ripe plum, dark berries and subtle spice dominate the nose, while silky tannins and a long, smooth finish complete the tasting experience.
