After the second fermentation in the bottle, the Graham Beck Cap Classique Pinot Noir Rosé matured on the lees for another four years. This elegant sparkling wine is perfect as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with seafood, light salads, or fruity desserts. It is especially delicious when served with salmon carpaccio or a fresh strawberry pavlova.
