Product information "Tokara Premium Chardonnay 2025"
On the nose, it reveals a delicate aromatic profile of lime skin, candied lemon and lightly toasted brioche, complemented by subtle vanilla notes.
On the palate, this Chardonnay is vibrant, fresh and silky, with pink grapefruit, fine salinity and the lightest hint of jasmine. Its smooth texture leads into a long, elegant finish.
The eight-month maturation in French oak on the lees gives the wine creaminess and depth, while 30% malolactic fermentation ensures a beautiful balance of freshness and subtle creamy texture. It pairs especially well with apricot and almond chicken tagine, lemon and feta couscous or as an elegant aperitif.
