On the nose, it reveals a perfumed aromatic profile of apricot, orange blossom and almond, complemented by subtle notes of beeswax and delicate spice.
On the palate, this blend is textured, supple and layered, showing typical Viognier richness, stone fruit, citrus and a gentle mineral edge on the finish.
The maturation in amphora and French oak gives the wine depth, fine toastiness and structure without masking its aromatic elegance. With only 3,380 bottles produced, The ‘J’ 2025 is a special choice for fragrant, spice-driven cuisine.
