The wine is made using traditional methods with whole, uncrushed berries and native yeasts. Extended cold maceration and spontaneous fermentation deliver purity, texture and terroir expression.
On the palate, the blend is balanced and structured with dark fruit, subtle spice and ripe tannins. French oak ageing followed by bottle maturation adds elegance and length.
A wine with purpose, depth and authenticity – perfect with hearty dishes and mindful enjoyment.
